Yung Wing power of attorney, 1873 September 2.

Document signed by Yung Wing, a member of the Chinese Educational Mission in Hartford, Connecticut, giving Power of Attorney to Hartford residents Charles T. Hillyer and J.F. Morris. On the reverse side, changes were documented. Hillyer's authority was revoked in 1880 though Morris' continued.
